NY Times to charge less than $20/month for online access to website

There has been a continuous struggle with newspaper executives trying to figure out how much to put behind a paywall for access to content on their websites. How much should be free content? What should be behind the paywall? How much should they charge? Well, Times Co. has made one decision: The New York Times will charge readers less than $20 a month for complete online access to its site, according to Bloomberg. The NY Times Kindle subscription is $19.99 a month. Subscribers who receive the print edition will have online access for free.
