The Daily has huge issues

We thought the biggest problem “The Daily,” the iPad’s new newspaper which launched Feb. 2, would have was the fact that people wouldn’t want to pay for its content. Boy, were we wrong. Turns out the download is free for the first two weeks but users have been less than thrilled with the product. Users have had problems downloading and installing the app. Those who’ve been successful are turned off by the app’s minute-long launch time. Those who’ve waited through that launch time have been treated to nothing more than a black screen. If these problems don’t get fixed quickly, no one will be willing to pay for this subscription.
