iPhone owners can now access Facebook Timeline

Posted on December 19, 2011

Facebook’s new Timeline features is now available for iPhone owners. When the desktop version was released late last week, the social media network only had the mobile app available for Androids. Facebook users must first enable Timeline on their desktop version beforehand. Then an update of the mobile app will allow iPhone users to see the Timeline feature. Users still won’t be able to see others’ Timelines unless they choose “Publish Timeline” upon installation; at least not until Facebook makes all Timeline’s public, which should happen in a matter of days. The mobile update isn’t yet available for iPad, but Facebook says it is in the works. Also, once you have had a chance to try out Timeline, stop back and give us your take on the new feature.
