Oneida Daily Dispatch to lay off 17

The Oneida (N.Y.) Daily Dispatch announced that it will lay off four full-time and 13 part-time employees as it restructures into a new business model. These positions are all in the mail and pressroom areas. Dispatch executives say these roles will be outsourced to a third-party operation. The layoffs take effect March 22.
